I am able to offer years of both personal and group training experience of all levels, working with all age groups (6-7y/o to geriatric clients). I work primarily in performance now but I have helped clients reach their goals. I also have an extensive scientific and research based background that I utilize to write my individualized programs.
As a competitive athlete myself, I'm always down to snatch, clean & jerk and squat!
