I believe free information can only take you so far with your progress in fitness. Having a personal trainer will give clients that 1 on 1 in depth analysis that most free program do not provide. They also will receive constant feedback from myself after a training session. These feedback will give the client things to consider when it comes to what works and doesn't work for them.
My go to workout is heavy squat. There's something about squatting heavy that makes it great.
Grilled chicken is great. Solid protein count, with a balance of carbs rice or potato, with broccoli
