Anthiny's mantra
I have attained a BA in Exercise Science from California University of PA. Since then I have gained 7 years of training experience and have worked with many different clients. As a certified trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), I am required to report CEU’s every three years to stay certified. As an NSCA member, I have access to all the latest information and studies that cannot be found randomly on the Internet.
