My Mission

My mission is to create a better future for my clients. Our Health is the most important thing that we can take care of ourselves with discipline and better nutritional habits. I strive to teach my clients proper form and technique so they can feel confident in themselves and prevent injury long term. Reaching your fitness or performance goals are my main priority and I will give you the best opportunity to achieve them.

Why Train With Me

I have attained a BA in Exercise Science from California University of PA. Since then I have gained 7 years of training experience and have worked with many different clients. As a certified trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), I am required to report CEU’s every three years to stay certified. As an NSCA member, I have access to all the latest information and studies that cannot be found randomly on the Internet.
