My passion for fitness and wellness originated during a pivotal time of my life when I experienced the therapeutic nature of working out and prioritizing my health. I was amazed at how drastic my quality of life improved by implementing health enhancing behaviors that worked for me, and I quickly made it my mission to help others do the same. I believe the most important part of my job as a trainer is helping clients find something that is sustainable and that they enjoy, this way healthy habits feel like less of a chore and more of a part of their lifestyle!

My favorite part of being a trainer and working in the health and fitness industry is how unique each client's journey is. I am diligent about finding each client's specific needs and designing their program according to their needs and goals. I also have additional training in corrective exercise (assessing & treating muscular imbalances), core health, and pre/postnatal fitness so I have special skills that I am equipped to utilize and provide.
