My mission is to help clients establish a healthy relationship and autonomy with movement and exercise. Movement is one of the simplest ways to connect with your body and make yourself feel good, and knowing how to do that in a way that works with your needs and lifestyle is super empowering. After discovering my passion for running 7 years ago, it has been my go-to method of relieving stress and keeping my body feeling energized. I hope to help clients figure out what type of exercise energizes them AND how to adjust exercise as hurdles arise such as illness, injury, or just lifestyle changes.

One of my favorite parts of personal training is customizing training plans and understanding how to best implement exercise into each of my clients' personal lifestyles. While generalized workouts can give people "what" they need to do, often the hardest part is "how" to do it. That's what I love to help do in personalizing plans.
