I believe that my previous experiences as an athlete help me to be a better trainer. My successes, injuries, and recovery helped me to better understand the support, drive, and motivation needed to pursue a healthier life. Not only can I provide the content of the workouts to reach their goals, but also help motivate and support clients in a way that’s beneficial for that specific client.
My go-to workout is a quick full body workout with dumbbells!
