In my 20’s and 30’s, I figured out how to make fitness part of my everyday life, shedding more than 30 lbs. As a cancer survivor, I know first-hand what it is like to lose all cardiovascular and muscular strength and having to regain it all. As a new mom, in my 40’s, I am learning how to navigate life with a baby, finding time for my physical health. I believe clients want to work with someone who is not intimidating and can truly relate to the ups and downs of life.
My favorite way to sweat is a toss up between an indoor cycling class and a full body HIIT workout!
I love making my own salads and dressings, using ingredients that are in season.
Cottage cheese is a great source of protein, but I have never been a fan.
