I should train the client because I know how involved I will be with the client. I will be available 24/7, 365 days a year. I want them to understand that if they come to me, they will FEEL and see improvements physically and mentally.
I love any type of resistance training mixed with some cardio. Throwing in a HIIT workout is fun too
