I was able to lose 60 pounds in 1998 and keep it off through small changes, consistency, and hard work. I know what it takes to reach a healthy lifestyle and balance.
I love the solitude of a nice long run, but I also enjoy a great leg day work out in the gym.
I love all the veggies, yogurt and protein ice cream. I also enjoy creating healthy meals.
