I can't speak on what others offer, but I offer an easy to follow basic workout program and nutrition plan. I don't like complicated workouts and I don't use fancy equipment. I can design a workout around whatever equipment someone does or doesn't have. I also believe working on mindset and overcoming obstacles is just as important as any exercise.
