I have a background in both personal training and sport performance therefore I can draw from both and provide unique training experiences for clients. Through my feedback/encouragement on technique and programming specifically for each individual, I can take a more wholistic approach to training ensure that clients not only accomplish their goals but also address their physical needs (ie muscular imbalances, body composition, etc.).. The proper "coach's eye" can help prevent injury and ensure proper progression leading to enjoyment of exercise and a healthier lifestyle!
