My mission is to be the hero I needed when I was younger, since learning of my aspirations in health & fitness at the age of 17. Assuming a client is a good fit for me, they should train with me rather than other trainers or solo using readily available information, because I've been living the life of change and discipline, going against the grain. I've experienced being on the heavier side of the scale and also being smallest athlete in any given sport. Alongside being the underdog, my new worldly approach of interpersonal skills will take clients past their limiting beliefs, drive sustainable results, and most importantly change the lives of the one's I'm able to help along my mission.
