A client should train with me because I apply a relationship first mindset to the individuals I work with. This means that yes, I do want to help them achieve their goals thru fitness, but I also want to come to understand the individual as a person and not just a client. This allows trust to develop in my relationship with the client which can provide much better results than going solo or feeling lost with another trainer.
