I have a background that gives me solid fundamentals when it comes to training such as progressive overload, mobility, and sport-specific strength and conditioning. That knowledge allows me to communicate the safest and most effective training to my clients. In addition, it gives me a good base of knowledge I can pull from when examining newer research and methods of training that may not yet have a proven track record of effectiveness.
Starting with some mobility work and then progressing to a training session full of supersets!
