Meet Coach Andrew

My Mission

I got into fitness because as a child, I always wanted to be great. As I have become older that has never changed. I have done different things, met different people, and I have achieved different things in my life. Ultimately, I would say I have achieved great things, but I would still say that greatness is many small things done well. I can say for certain that I am doing those small things still. The people that I have worked with and continue to with are what make me great though. They support, encourage, and give faith to continue to build mastery. Without those small encouragements, I could not and would not pursue this as a career. It's with great conviction, I have dedicated my life to this field as a passion. Thats why my business creed is "Greatness Together" because without you there is no me.

I am in my PhD for Kinesiology, and I enjoy working people from all walks of life. I am highly motivated to help those who are older and working to combat disease. I offer a unique perspective to training that most professionals do not or will not have. I have been training in the field for over 9 years and I am ready to bring that experience online to you! I look forward to meeting you and accomplishing our goals together!
