Every fitness journey has to start somewhere. Some days we feel motivated, and other times we feel lethargic and uninterested. My job is to spark that motivation daily and help you enjoy working on YOU. With purposeful workouts, nutritional guidance, tips on good habits, and open communication, we will make the journey for you, enjoyable, motivating and successful. Health has always been very important to me as an athlete. This is why it is very rewarding for me to be able to encourage those around me and help them overcome their battles to reach their potential. Growing a great relationship with my clients allows me to see real progress and has brightened their life in many ways. This has inspired me to want to shine that light on others - no matter the age and no matter the goal.
Andrea's mantra
I believe any client that trains with me will reach their desired fitness and well-being goals. With a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, I have acquired extended knowledge in Human Physiology, Sports Exercise, Nutrition, Psychology, and Body Mechanics. I have been able to translate my knowledge and experience to people from all around the world - athletes and non-athletes. This allows me to understand what works on some won't work for others, so we need to find what works for you!
