As a mom, I know how little time moms have to focus on their own health, but how important it is to take care of our health for the benefit of our children. As a woman in her late 40's, I have a special place in my heart for those of us in mid-life years who have different physiological needs than we did in our 20's.
Love HIIT workouts, but my new favorite is mobility work. And walking- it's so simple and helpful!
My favorite veggies are broccoli, zucchini, and cauliflower. I love cramming veggies into smoothies!
Can't do eggs, tomatoes hurt my stomach and kale is not a favorite.
