Meet Coach Andre

My Mission

To help every client reach his or her full health potential regardless of age, gender, limitation, or natural ability. I also want to help people reach their fitness goals and become more active and mentally feel better through exercise. What inspires me about this fitness journey is that I get to help clients change their outlook on their health and wellness so that they can be a positive example for others.

As someone who has completed in sports at the college and pro level I provide a different approach to fitness as oppose to other trainers. Some of the clients I work with now have seen great changes not only physically but mentally. In addition to that I am able to show clients how to properly train so that they are capable of doing it on their own. I have developed several training programs that have been successful based on knowledge and prior experience
