Having a trainer is 100% always better than using free information online, as much as that information is incorrect. Many influencers, or free exercise guides have no schooling, or research to back up the training methods which results in incorrect training. I have worked with athletes, kids, injured, and individuals who experience disability giving me a wide knowledge set ready for any scenario.
