I compete in the sport of powerlifting! So my favorite training day would be a heavy squat session!!
My go to meal is either eggs with ground turkey and spinach, or a ground beef and rice bowl!
A healthy food that I dislike is mushrooms, yuck! And also I’m not a fan of fish.

My favorite workout jam is normally dubstep or some sort of hard rock! But honesty I’m all over.
I drink a gallon of water a day! Which seems insane to some people, but water is so important!
