I'm a strength-training specialist, and a lot of online programs, especially targeted at women, underestimate the power of pure strength in favor of "toning" or "fat loss." I believe that you can get a great workout anywhere, and that strength training overall can make anyone fall in love with fitness and with their bodies. I'm a competitive powerlifter and incorporate facets of my own training into my client plans.
I strength train 4-6 days a week and I LOVE upper body days!
I could eat endless amounts of seafood. I also really love tofu because it's so versatile.
Not a big fan of nuts, or most smoothies/shakes.
