More than being knowledgeable and working in the industry for the last 14 years, I strive to make every interaction or hour I'm with someone the best hour of their day and that usually means we spend the time talking about them. This provides them with not only a great workout but sense of stress relief when they have a solid, non-biased sounding board to bounce frustrations off of leaving them feeling lighter and stronger all at the same time.
My go to workout is intervals on a treadmill and total body dumbbell weight lifting session.
