A client should train with me because there is so much misinformation online and on social media. I see so many people try to reach their goals incorrectly, and even dangerously, because of things that they learn online from so-called "professionals" (really just influencers). I use a science-based approach. I do my research to ensure that my clients are getting accurate information from me in order to reach their goals in a sustainable way. I don't want my clients to just lose the weight or gain the muscle for a short period of time. I want them to teach them how to change their habits to create long-lasting results.
My favorite workout is a heavy weightlifting session, but I also love a good run or sprint workout!
I eat oatmeal with fruit every single morning! I love a grilled chicken breast or steak for dinner!
