Based on my own fitness journey, I know that trial and error to figure out what works are large components of a fitness routine. I will work with the client and take new approaches to best help them get on the right path, and seek out additional resources if I feel that I need extra assistance in doing so. I am calm, patient, easy to talk to, and always make an effort to bring out the positives in people and celebrate the small goals.
My go to workout is a heavy lift session! Nothing leaves me feeling stronger!
