My workouts are highly personalized based on exercise history/experience, past injuries, likes/dislikes, goals, and age. I will help you reach your fitness goals, in a way that prevents pain and injury so that you age gracefully and can continue to workout as you get older. I am the type of trainer that is constantly reading books, taking courses, to allow me to serve my clients better. The fitness industry is always evolving, and you need someone who keeps up with the evolution.
