

As a client training with me, I will work with you to create a diet & exercise regimen that is realistic & personalized towards your health goals & lifestyle. As an RDN who has gone through various trainings involving endurance and physical strength (e.g. Spartan races, powerlifting, long-distance running, etc.), the guidance that I provide will be based on both research & personal experience.
Cardio (i.e. elliptical, long-distance running) alongside with free/bodyweight exercises
I enjoy a wide array of seafood- & plant-based dishes that are Asian & Mediterranean cuisine-based~
Raw bananas (though they are oddly alright with me when baked/added into dishes/desserts, haha!)
