I live by and believe consistency and balance are the key ingredients to a healthy lifestyle. There are no quick fixes! However, by building a foundation slowly and deliberately our mental and physical health can become the priority it was always meant to be. I've dedicated myself to a career in exercise science because watching people transform their lives in the small choices they make is an inspiration to me as I also strive to improve each day.

My work in various positions puts me in a unique position to work with a wide range of clients and health goals. I have experience as a group fitness instructor as well as a personal trainer in both private and corporate settings. I’ve trained individuals from ages 13-85 with a variety of health challenges. My philosophy is “enjoy the process.” Habits you look forward to are much more likely to stick!
