I have experience as a group fitness instructor as well as a personal trainer in both private and corporate settings. I’ve trained individuals from ages 13-85 with a variety of health challenges. My philosophy is “enjoy the process.” Habits you look forward to are much more likely to stick!

I spent the first few years of my college career performing in Europe as a professional Ballerina.
