Ultimately I have a degree in Kinesiology/ Physical Therapy, so I'll know each muscle group and how to train them. Also they should train with me because I've trained with a plethora of high school and college level coaches and players. And I've also trained high school and college level players.

A good healthy meal I love to make is barbeque chicken tenders with rice and greens
Healthy food I hate would be oatmeal and toast in the morning. It's just to dull honestly

I listen to every type of music in the gym, so I don't discriminate
People are surprised how I'm able to eat so much food but stay so fit. I just have a good diet.
