I grew up watching my mom tried countless diet and hating the way that she looked, and as a teenager I soon found myself following in her footsteps. I have probably tried every fad diet and extreme exercise program there is. When I was in college I finally took my health into my own hands and learned how to properly feel my body and lift weights. I was so excited by what I had learned I decided I wanted to make it a career and teach other women how to incorporate healthy habits into their every day life in a sustainable way that they actually enjoy. My mission is to not only help clients to lose weight, but to build muscle in the process and be able to keep it off in the long term. I want each of my clients to feel like their healthy lifestyle is easy and sustainable and doesn’t detract from the other areas of their life!

Each client has a different nutrition and exercise history, body type, lifestyle, sleep schedule, job, environment, stress levels, metabolism, etc. and generic information off of google won’t take any of that into account. I make sure I take each of these areas into account when developing an individual's custom fitness and nutrition program.
