Meet Coach Allison

My Mission

My mission is to help clients achieve their goals and to do it in a positive, supportive way. As a former athlete, reaching personal goals is one of the most rewarding things for personal development. Also working with people who are rehabbing from injuries or surgery is very rewarding. Working with the client on that process to get them back to their everyday life is a challenge but the end result is also the best.

Why Train With Me

Because I have 18 years of experience working with adult clients from weekend warriors to post surgery. I have experience with youth athletes to professional athletes. I'm more than just the trainer who puts people through a random workout. I work with my clients to help them achieve their fitness goals while helping them get stronger and decrease their injury risk. I like to work with the client on their fitness journey to get them to their goals.
