    Why Train With Me

    I like to think I am a "Goldilocks" coach, not too tough, but not too soft either. Just right! I am going to hold you accountable, but I will meet you where you're at. I understand that life happens and things can get in the way, but it's all about how we can adapt and better prepare for next time to make those healthy habits sustainable.

    My go-to workout

    It depends on my mood! Lifting, volleyball, or running have been my go-to's recently.

    Healthy food I love

    Smoked salmon on whole grain toast with tomatoes, onion, and an overeasy egg.

    Hate is a strong word, but beans are definitely not my first choice.
