Meet Coach Allison

My Mission

In my own life, fitness has helped me heal myself from an eating disorder and helped me cope with my sensory processing disorder. I once feared the gym and now I look forward to it every day. It os therapeutic for me. My mission is to help others overcome any barriers they have to get moving and feeling great. I want to help others find joy in working out. I want to show people that they don't have to fear the gym but that they can feel confident and comfortable. Mostly, I want to encourage others to heal their bodies and feel better than they ever thought possible.
