My Mission

I was a track star in highschool and college, after that I put on some weight getting up to 260 lbs and a size 46 in men's, my mom at that time had three stints put in six months later thyroid cancer both could have been prevented by proper nutrition and exercise she asked my sister and I to take better care of ourselves. Between my mother's health and being a pe teacher I decided to be a better role model and take back my life, I lost 100lbs got into competitive lifting, started to prep for bodybuilding that turned I to strongman competitions and now training for highland games as well. In my journey I realized the amount of information I have obtained through the years, the energy I bring to the table, along with how much help I can provide to others and that has now turned into my life goal I want to help others feel better about themselves and live their best life!

Doing the work can be hard, being unhappy with where you are is harder.

Why Train With Me

I bring unique skills to the table, as a physical educator I have worked with a diverse group of students, from low skilled to highly skilled students who did not want to participate to students who love exercise, one thing was sure though all my students enjoyed coming to my class learned something and walked away in better mood. I have a very similar relationship with my current clients, I am understanding but still push those around me to be better. I also lead by example I personally have lost over 100lbs, and currently compete in strongman competitions (was one of 20 best in my weight class in the world) and will start competing in the highland games as well, I have a passion for fitness and helping people succeed.
