    My mission is to empower clients in their journey toward becoming their best selves. Not just physically. I believe that starting now is the key to personal growth. Let go of time constraints and excuses because it only delays our evolution. I want everyone to know they can start now, regardless of age or life stage. It's never too late. As Snoop Dog said, "If you're breathing, you're achieving." That's already the first step. So what are we striving for today?

    Why Train With Me

    When a client is choosing to train with me as opposed to someone else or a separate online program, they are guaranteeing that all of their goals will be met. Not only are they getting a trainer who cares about their fitness goals, but they are also receiving a peer who cares about their physical, mental, and emotional health and whom they can confide in. As a compassionate person I am able to reach most of the people I come in contact with; helping them over any obstacles they may face. Thankfully I have been able to use my certification program, dance training, and boxing experience, to even help me through my own obstacles and inspire those around me. In doing this, I can ensure that my clients are not only satisfied with their results, but having fun throughout the process and the journey.

    My go-to workout

    A full-body session starting with the treadmill, moving to the core and then to weights is my go-to.

    Healthy food I love

    Fruit is great, but as a pasta lover, I choose to incorporate lean meat and vegetables when cooking.

    Healthy food I hate

    Ok...eat a tomato or find the lost planes & ships in the Bermuda Triangle? Call me an oceanographer!
