Given the options of the many trainers and multitude of information online, finding a trainer who can push a client while making them feel comfortable is important. I bring a set of skills, having worked with many groups including special needs people, kids, and elderly. I believe my experience allows me to reach a wide audience and always put the clients needs first. I enjoy seeing people achieve victories no matter how small and I want to spread that joy to everyone I can.
