If a client were to choose to train with me it would benefit them by first, receiving emotional support, such as empowerment to be able to push through hard days. Second, I would be able to watch their form to ensure that they are training to the best of their abilities; as well as providing feedback if they need it. Third, I would be able to motivate them to stick with their goals and to make each training session enjoyable.
My go-to workout starts with mobility, then cardio, weight-lifting, and ends with core exercises.
Food that I enjoy eating is granola, anything with almond butter, and avocados!!!
