SlowCooker meals,with a little work most can be good.Plus with the SlowCooker I get variety for days
Certain cooked veggies, and just plain ground meats. I need it to still have flavor just not the fats.

for intense days, I want anything with a high BPM. During mild days sometimes like audiobooks/podcasts
