My favorite workout is a killer leg workout! Heavy squats followed by some lighter accessory work.
Protein. I love eating lean meats, chicken, pork, fish, with fresh vegetables on the side.
HATE cottage cheese. I hate the texture, the taste, everything about it is a big NOPE!
