Unlike the trainers who are in it for money or fame (and who unfortunately have recently pervaded the industry), I urge my clients to see me as a real person, not someone who is perfect or superior to them, but someone who is real and who struggles, just like they do! I think this approach makes me more relatable and encourages them to be open and trust me with some of the more intimate details of their lives. I truly do treat each and every one of my clients with compassion and as though they were my only client, and you certainly will not get this kind of personalized 1-1 coaching in a one-size-fits-all workout guide or meal plan found online.
