Yes, an individual can definitely learn from a youtube video or a trainer that got a weekend certificate, but with my educational background not only can I help them reach their goal be it weight loss or gaining strength, but also help them do it in a way where they minimize injuries and fix old issues. I've worked with a variety of clients who often just "work past the pain" when it comes to back, shoulder, neck pain etc.. but thats not the goal with my training. I want individuals to understand why they are hurt, and implement the proper techniques and rehab protocols to ensure that it clears and they can effectively and safely reach their goals.
