Fitness information online is often skewed to grab attention to a certain audience, ex: lose 20lbs in 20 days, “Get 6 pack abs in 30 days.” While information is readily available for individuals, people with little or no fitness background often do not know how to utilize that information properly. With a fitness professional, we condense all of that knowledge, use techniques and data based on fact and study, and put that into a program for an individual based off of their fitness level, ability and goals.
