I was 13 years old when I asked my parents for my first set of weights and a copy of Shape magazine and Rachel McClish's weight training book (she's now an icon female BB). I never thought I'd make it to the stage one day. In 2003, my true fitness journey began. I went from a skinny 105 pound woman to 125 pound fit woman. It was amazing. In that journey, people started asking questions on training and food etc. I watched other trainers who were less than interested in their clients. This frustrated me. It was in that, that I realized where my calling was. I desired to be that trainer. I wanted to teach people. Show them that you can transform your body and your life. I left corporate world to dedicate my life to transforming others. I will continue this journey as long as I am allowed.
