A client should train with me because of my motivation and knowledge. I am always going to put them and their needs first, and I have the ability to modify and change workouts as needed. Using free information online is not always the best, rarely is, and that information does not necessarily cater to the specific individual. I will be able to provide and help each person individually.
My go-to workout is one that incorporates multiple muscles groups in a 45-50 minute session.
