My Mission

I believe that if you don't love and accept yourself as you are first, no physical change that could happen to your body will ever be enough. My hope for you is to realize 3 things - exercise is meant to be functional, it's not about what you look like but what exercise allows you to do. Second, you can overcome your negative mindset that you might not know is holding you back. And finally, when you put these two pieces together you can be strong physically and mentally to choose to allow your challenges to make you stronger, not weaker. I combine functional exercise with positive mindset to help you on your journey to become an everyday athlete. Being an everyday athlete means you prioritize physical activity to enjoy every other part of your life to the fullest. So let's be everyday athletes together.
