- Tailored exercise plan to the individual’s body shape, lifestyle, exercising habits and fitness goals with weekly tracking and following up online to continuously update the exercise plan as per the client’s progress. - Designing complete transformation package for my clients starting with understanding their body transformation goals, evaluating their fitness levels and setting sensible expectations with clients on what can be achieved through exercising by when and how.
