My Mission

I’d never in a million years ever think I could have become as fit and strong as I am today. I used to be overweight and my mile time sat around 12 minutes. I’d always get caught playing tag with my friends, and I could never keep up with other kids my age. One day, all I did was just START, I just did the first exercise or workout I could find. It didn’t need to be stellar, but it just needed to burn. My mission is to make sure everyone is able to push themselves to that burn stage, because that is where all real progress starts.

The minute you start believing you can is a sign you’ve already won.

I genuinely want to help push you to a place no one has gotten you before. Everything I do and say is typical because of countless hours of reading and researching on a specific topic. I love science and think it is the most optimal way to go about things. That doesn’t mean you always have to give up what you love for science
