I will have a personal connection with my clients and treat them as family and not just another client or someone who doesn’t matter. Your goals matter to me & I will take them as serious as if they were my goals.
My go to work out would be a Push / Pull workout with combination of bench press and barbell rows.
I love broccoli! I also incorporate tons of healthy protein such as Salmon!! Salmonella is amazing!
