My Mission
I believe that in the time we live in, health and fitness are of huge importance. People of all ages are realizing that if they treat their bodies right, everything in their lives sees a benefit. From mental health and emotional resilience to sleep quality and skin, the list is quite large. The problem is with too much information, no way to filter out the useful and actionable from the useless. Most people feel confused, and go around in circles, from extreme diets to dirty bulks, ultimately feeling lost and no closer to their end goal. Sometimes it makes sense to have a source of guidance, simplify life, focus on small milestones and customize the plan as one goes along. Having experimented with almost every diet and training method, I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach, even though many resources on the internet would have us believe that. As a trainer, I like to focus on what works, measure progress, and always explain the significance of each component of the plan.

Why Train With Me

I have excellent interpersonal skills, am constantly trying to learn and improve myself because I am incredibly passionate about health, nutrition, fitness and self-improvement. I am great at explaining WHY a certain protocol or plan is being prescribed and always make sure that well-being is maximized. I keep up to date with research and I understand that training at the gym is only part of the big picture. Nutrition, sleep hygiene, mental health, and supplementation are other areas that I am knowledgeable in.

I absolutely love blasting some music through my headphones and getting in a heavy lifting session!

Healthy food I love

A nice grass fed steak, greek yogurt/Skyr with berries, some crispy baked potatoes and black coffee!
