Many people do & have success & it's great to me because at the least they are trying & that's what's most important at the end of the day. But It takes time to research and form your own comprehensive understanding and gain experience in the world of physical fitness. With me guiding you as your trainer you will save time and move towards your goals faster and more efficiently.
