My Mission

My mission is to help ANYONE achieve their health and fitness goals! If I can do it then ANYONE can do it! I'm certainly not genetically gifted but I have learned how to train at the appropriate intensity and rep ranges while also learning how to recover and not over train. I have been able to utilize conjugate periodization and make it simple and effective for anyone to accomplish their goals. I can help beginners get in the best shape of their life. I can help intermediate lifters overcome a plateau and I can help advanced lifters reach their full potential.

There is no shortcut to become your best. There is only hard work and discipline.
